Order Processing Times
Standard Shop Orders

All stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a secondary notification once your order has officially shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Club Shop Orders (Made-to-Order)

Orders placed through a Club Shop are processed only after the shop's specific close date.

Because these items are custom-made to order, the production and delivery lead time is approximately 6 weeks from the date the shop closes.

We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure a straightforward checkout experience.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number you can use to monitor your package's journey.

Missing Deliveries: If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
