The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of product purchased:

• Stock Orders: Processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
• Club Shop Orders: These are made-to-order items. Processing begins only after the specific club shop closing date. Delivery is approximately 6 weeks from the close date of the shop.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
• Equipped with all original tags attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received, our team will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their customized nature:

• Bespoke & Customized Products: We cannot accept returns on items customized with club crests, initials, or specific made-to-order designs. These items are only eligible for return if they are found to be faulty or defective.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted on clearance items or digital gift cards.

Note on Illustrations: Please be aware that CAD images used on our website are for illustration purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, they may not fully depict every detail of the final physical product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@apecsportswear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

APEC Sportswear will cover the cost of returns if item has a visible manufacturing fault. We may require customers to provide evidence (pictures) that depicts the fault in question. Customers must cover cost of return in every other circumstance.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Important Note regarding Made-to-Order items: Per EU consumer regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, if your order has already started production on a made-to-order or bespoke garment, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation under the cooling-off period.

For all other eligible items, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

• Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
